Terms

NavBox ProPlan and QuickPlan and their associated database files are provided "as is". The entire risk as to performance and results is assumed by the purchaser. In no event shall the authors or distributors or their agents or employees be liable for any damages arising out of the use of NavBox software.

Although our software has been thoroughly tested it is not infallible. The final responsibility always lies with the user. Always check the final navigation plan with what your training has taught you. The authors, their agents, distributors and employees do not guarantee terrain and obstacle clearance.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. We reserve the right to require such proof of identity as we deem necessary prior to filling an order. A contract will exist only at the moment we despatch the goods. We may refuse to accept an order if we do not receive credit card authorisation or items are no longer available or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. All prices are subject to change without notice.

In order to use the OPMET and NOTAM function of ProPlan you need a current ProPlan database.

Vouchers may only be used for the product specified on the voucher. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

All orders will be shipped after payment is received. The delivery time for orders shipped within The Netherlands is generally 2 working days, for EEC destinations 3-5 working days and destinations outside the EEC 7-10 working days.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of order. All orders are final. We do not accept returns except in exceptional circumstances and then at our discretion. Faulty software will be replaced.
